No. Our account registration process is quick and easy, but if you wish to place an order without setting up an account, you can use the guest checkout option.
If you do choose to create an account when you make a purchase, you will be signed up to the Loyalty program and eligible for exclusive discounts, rewards offers and vouchers.

We accept almost all kind of Credit Card, Debit Card, NEFT ,RTGS, Wallet, UPI, Cheque Payments.We also accept cash payments on our Store, in case you want a store pickup.All payments are via secured payment gateways namely CCavenue, Payumoney and Razorpay.We DO NOT store any of the card details.

SHIPPING:-
We ship through reputed courier companies only. We pack the items well reducing the chances of damage in the transit to almost nil. Even then, the buyer must check the contents of the parcel before the courier person. If anything seems to be missing or broken, do not accept the delivery and return it to the courier person.
DELIVERY:-
We normally ship within 1-2 days of clearance of payment but in some unforeseen circumstances your delivery may be delayed. In any such rare case, the buyer will be informed within 2 days explaining the reason for delay and the estimated date of dispatch.
TIE-UPS:-
We have tie-ups with Speed-post (India Post),Professional Couriers and Trackon Couriers. In-case you prefer any of these,please mention it in "Comments" while checkout.

In stock items usually leave our warehouse within 48 hours.
Once your order has shipped, it may take an additional 3 - 6 business days for actual delivery, depending on your location.(Under normal conditions)

Standard shipping: Rs 49/- upto a purchase of Rs 499/-
Free shipping:for orders above Rs 499/- (Only in case of Economy Shipping)

Delivery timeline

1) Standard shipping: Rs 49- The order gets delivered within 3-5 working days. (6-7 days in case of the Chemicals/battery/cell as it ships through the surface mode)

2) Economy shipping:  Free shipping is applicable to the purchase of  Rs.499.The order gets delivered within 5-7 working days. (8-10 days in case of the Chemicals/battery/cell as it ships through the surface mode)

You can pay through multiple payments options like Credit card,Debit card, UPI, Internet Banking, NEFT, Mobile payments, Wallet etc via secured payment gateways like CCAvenue, PayuMoney and Razorpay on the checkout page.  You can also apply a coupon which you might receive from us or redeem the points which you have earned from your earlier purchases.

Every item has a "Question" button,please click on it and fill in the details on the pop-up menu.We will get back to you asap with the solution.(do mention the quantity of item you need for bulk purchase)

Please Submit a ticket with below details of the order

Once the ticket is submitted,
We will check whether
-the order is yet to be shipped, if it is not shipped, then we will cancel the order and process your refund.
 Or
-the parcel is already out of warehouse and is in transit, you can reject the parcel on arrival so that it will return to origin.Later we will process the refund (this process takes time)

Please note that, once you accept the parcel, return process would be followed.

Make sure you followed the standard operating instructions still if the issue persist ,contact us via for speedy resolve, Attach a small video and snapshots which demonstrates that the product is not working


What will we do next?
we will get back to you within 48 hours.
we will check all the details and once you get the approval from us to send the product back to us with the tracking details
Please make sure the product is in good condition and is not physically damaged, burnt due to mishandling physically or electrically.

The product needs to be sent to this address .

Once you send the product back to us, kindly share the tracking details with us.
After inspection of product at our end, we will provide you with  one of the following preferred resolution.

1. If we found it faulty, then we can send you a replacement (with this, we will also refund the return shipping charges upto Rs. 75) or can refund upto Rs75 as return shipping amount along with the order amount.
2. If the product is working, we can reship it back to you, the return shipping charges will apply.
3. If the product is working and you still need a refund then we will deduct 15 % of the product amount and the refund will be made. The shipping and COD charges( If applicable) will be non refundable in such cases.

To provide more insight of the technical issue, we will shoot a small video of the test to check the received product and will be provided to you to go through the video to get more clarity.

Make sure to contact us within 15 days of order delivery, else the return will not be possible.

We send GST invoice to every customer once the successfully paid order is placed. If the customer has a valid GST (in case customer belongs to an organization having GST number) details, please mention it while placing the order in comments section while checkout.
Still if a you want any alterations to be done in GST invoice received from us then mail us at sales@onlinetps.com mentioning order number and Alterations to be done in invoice.
Note:No alteration will be possible after the change of current month hence It is recommended that the customer raises  invoice request soon after placing an order.

Chances are very less that the parcel will have some missing parts or accessories.(we will inform prior if any part goes out of stock after you ordered) But even if the you receives an incomplete order,Send an email mentioning Order No.,Details of ordered item which is missing,Pic of wrongly received item.
We will then check our stocks and take necessary action (Reshipping/replacement of item)
Make sure to contact us in 7 days from the Delivery date, else return will not be possible
we will reimburse (in the form of discount coupon) upto Rs.75 as return shipping charges borne by you at the time of sending back the parcel.

Once the parcel is ready, packed and shipped, you receives an email or/and SMS about the tracking details. We recommend you to use those details to track your order.You can also login to your account and check for the order status details.

Refund timelines depend on the reason for refund:

for Unconfirmed order: In such cases the money is refunded within 5 working days. Rest assured, the money will come back to your bank account after 5 working days once the payment reconciliation happens at bank's end.

Order not shipped/cancelled/item is faulty/ wrongly received: In case such cases the refund will be sent to your original mode of payment within 5 working days.

Do NOT RECEIVE damaged parcel in the first instance.If the packing box is damaged please refuse to accept,still if the box is intact and item is damaged get back to us within 2 days with clear pics of damaged item.

This may happen sometimes, In such cases the money is stuck between bank and payment gateways, Rest assured, the money gets back to your bank account within 5 working days once the payment settlement happens at bank's end.But if we receive your money without order, we will refund it within 5 working days.
